Context:
Located in the bustling district of Bonapriso in the city of Douala in Cameroon, Lynk Afrique is a lounge bar and liquor retail store owned by the company Sahil, an importer and exporter of alcohol from Cameroon and other international countries. This location was strategically chosen for its vibrant atmosphere and potential customer base.
The internship:
My role for the company was to make a design proposal for an outdoor bar and a section for the sale of vintage wines, a significant addition that enhanced the value of Lynk Afrique and forecasts about the evolution of the building's architecture.
Architectural principle:
The goal was to use the outer part of the lounge to offer a semi-open extension, creating two lounges with different atmospheres in the same place

Aesthetic concept:
The cover was designed using existing columns as a structural basis, keeping a sleek design to contrast the indoor and outdoor lounge.
